Policies
Because of the different types of products we carry, our policies vary slightly from product line to product line. Some policies are always the same. These policies only apply to products that are purchased directly from us, through our website. If you purchase our products from another retailer, you will need to deal directly with them if you need to return or exchange your product.
Sutemi Pack Baby Carriers
We guarantee 100% satisfaction on all of our own products. This means that if you are unhappy with your purchase at any time, for any reason, you can return your Pack for a full refund of all charges including shipping in both directions! Some restrictions apply, click here for specific details.
Other Slings & Carriers
We sell a number of other slings and carriers, and offer a standard 30 day money back guarantee on these carriers. Click here for specific details about return policies for all of our non Sutemi Gear slings and carriers.
Furniture
We also sell a furniture offered by furniture maker "Offi" which offers a fine line of childrens furniture. Because of the high cost of shipping furniture, we only accept returns or exchanges in the case of damage. General Return Policies
- Please fill out an RMA Request for all items being sent back to ensure proper processing.
- Returns are generally processed once per month. If you want your return to be expedited, please contact us and we will be happy to work with you.
- Returns are not accepted on any clearance products. Clearance carriers will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
